You also have the option of opening a detached window for NCIC queries that can remain open outside of Zuercher Suite.
1. From the View State / NCIC Query Returns page select Open State / NCIC Queries Window.
● When this is selected a window will appear containing the View State / NCIC Query Returns.
● This window may remain open at anytime Zuercher Suite is open and a user is signed in.
