New State / NCIC Query

In order to run a successful query within Zuercher Suite you will want to verify that you have a connection to the state.

1.      To verify, navigate to the About page. Main Menu > Help and Support > About.

2.      In the About page the bottom left hand corner will give you the current status of the state connection.

  Active connections will show as Connected.

  If there is a problem on the state side preventing a connection, it will show as Disconnected and note the last date and time of a successful connection.

  If the status is Disconnected, your agency will need to contact the state message switch for more information.
