Configure the Recommendation Priorities of the statuses of units by agency. For example, agency one might want all “Available” units recommended first and all “On Call” units recommended second, but agency two wants all “Available” units recommended first and all “Busy” units recommended second.
· System Admin > System > Agencies
· On the agency page, scroll down to the Unit Statuses section
o Double click the status to specify the recommendation priority level for the status
o Repeat this step for all agencies where Use in CAD = Yes
