Tow Call Operators are used in the Tow Operator Schedules and are available on the Log Call Attempt link which can be found on the Tow Call.
· System Admin > CAD > Tow Call Operators
· Already configured Tow Call Operators will display in the list and can be edited by double clicking or deleted by highlighting blue and selecting delete on the keyboard.
· Select New Tow Operator
o Name – Name of the tow operator or wrecker company
o Phone – Contact information
o City – city
o State - state
