Tow call statuses are available on the tow call form which can be found on the Main Menu.
· System Admin > CAD > Tow Call Statuses
· Already configured Tow Call Statuses will display in the list and can be edited by double clicking or deleted by highlighting blue and selecting delete on the keyboard.
· Select New Tow Call Status
o Description – Name of the Status
o Completes – If checked and the status is selected on the tow call, then it will complete the tow call.
