The setting provides a check box on the CFS which designates the calls ready for dispatch. The calls can be filtered on the CAD CFS List Window.
There's an option to prompt dispatchers if the Ready For Dispatch box hasn't been checked when they leave the CFS window. Clicking 'Yes' will set the CFS as ready for dispatch.
