When a dispatcher wants to page a group of responders, they will click Send Page in the menu of the CFS. He selects a Paging Group and Personnel and a pre-formatted message. PS Pro Suite replaces the bracketed portions of the message with the information from the CFS. The dispatcher can type any additional information they want to add or just click Send.
At that point, texts are sent to all cell phone numbers in the group and e-mails are sent to all e-mail addresses in the group.
