Incident Code Modifiers describe the incident code in further detail and are found in the Mod field on the CFS. The modifier can be defaulted based on the incident code of the CFS.
1. Navigate to System Admin > CAD > Incident Code Modifiers. Already configured Incident Code Modifiers will display in the list and can be edited by double-clicking or deleted by highlighting blue and selecting Delete on the keyboard
2. Select New Incident Code Modifier.
● Code: Shows up before the description.
● Description: Name of the incident code modifier.
