Allows you to quickly import a file of addresses into PS Pro Suite to be used for purposes of address verification. The address file must be formatted as follows to successfully import:
· Save as a CSV file
· Do NOT include a header row
· Include the following columns in the order specified below:
o Column 1 = Type – required (Address, Intersection, or Milemarker)
o When the Type = Address Range:
§ Column 2 = Beginning Street Number – required (e.g. 100)
§ Column 3 = Ending Street Number – required (e.g. 500)
§ Column 4 = Street – required (e.g. Main St)
§ Column 5 = City – optional (e.g. Jacobstown)
§ Column 6 = State – optional (e.g. OK)
§ Column 7 = Zip – optional (e.g. 12345)
o When the Type = Intersection:
§ Column 2 = leave blank
§ Column 3 = First Street – required (e.g. Main St)
§ Column 4 = Second Street – required (e.g. Smith Ave)
§ Column 5 = City – optional (e.g. Jacobstown)
§ Column 6 = State – optional (e.g. OK)
§ Column 7 = Zip – optional (e.g. 12345)
o When the Type = Milemarker:
§ Column 2 = leave blank
§ Column 3 = leave blank
§ Column 4 = Highway / Interstate and mile marker number – required (e.g. HY 11 MP# 700). This will only respect the naming convention specified in the PS Pro Suite global settings. Contact CentralSquare Technologies Support for assistance.
