Common Addresses can be used on a Case Report or a CFS in the Street field. A common address is a location the agency commonly is dispatched to or creates reports about. Examples: Local Bars, Banks, or Funeral Homes. Shown below is an example of a CFS where the call taker is typing in the common address named “St. Mary’s Hospital” in the street field. Once the common address is selected from the dropdown, then the address, city, state and zip or the latitude/longitude values automatically populates. Common addresses can also be imported into PS Pro Suite.
NOTE: Common Addresses are also connected to CAD Unit Locations and CAD Stations for Mapping.
