After creating CFS Radio Channel Groups, they can be assigned to specific agencies. When a unit from the agency is assigned to a CFS, CentralSquare Suite will find the group assigned to the agency and select the next available Radio Channel and assign it to the call for service.
1. To assign Radio Channel Groups navigate to System Admin > System > Agencies.
2. Select the agency you would like to assign a Radio Channel Group to.
3. Use the Radio Channel Group dropdown to select the group you would like assigned to the agency.
