Alarm Billing

You can configure which Incident Codes should make alarm billing records (e.g., Burglary Alarm, Fire Alarm) and which Dispositions are considered false alarms (e.g., False Alarm). When a CFS is completed that has an Incident Code configured for alarm billing, an alarm billing record is automatically generated with no dispatcher intervention. It is set as either a false alarm or a true alarm based on the CFS Disposition. Alarm billing records can be accessed by personnel with the appropriate permission by clicking the new Alarm Billing links found on the Main Menu and in the menu of the CFS Log.

Note: This new alarm billing module is not related to the Alarm Call Form that can be added to a CFS. If you are not using the existing Alarm Call form, it can be disabled by contacting CentralSquare Technologies.
