Marathon Jumps on the Vadim Bandwagon

iCity’s up-to-date technology and neighbouring municipalities are top reasons why the Town of Marathon chose Vadim's iCity software.

November 17, 2011 Canada, BC, Kelowna – The Town of Marathon, Ontario, recently purchased Vadim’s iCity software solution because “That’s what everyone else is using,” states Chuck Verbo, Treasurer.

“The majority of our neighbouring municipalities use Vadim for their financial and municipal software needs,” Chuck adds. “We didn’t want to be the odd ones out.”

At Vadim, we are committed to keeping our clients current with forward-thinking technology. “iCity’s up-to-date technology offers more features and capabilities than our previous provider,” says Chuck. “We’ll be able to do more with iCity than we ever could before.”

Vadim has a combined total of 263 clients using either the iCity or WinFin products. Of the 200 iCity clients, 84 are in the province of Ontario.

The Town of Marathon purchased iCity General Ledger & Budgeting, Accounts Payable & Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources, Property Taxation, Cash Receipting, Business Licenses and VadimVIEW.
