Vadim has added a Customer Support Manager and an additional Support Analyst to the Support Department.

August 4, 2010 Canada, BC, Kelowna – As part of our continued commitment to customer satisfaction, Vadim Software is pleased to announce the appointment of a Customer Support Manager as well as the addition of another Support Analyst in our Support Department.

Effective August 1, 2010, Kathy Auch has moved into the newly created role of Customer Support Manager. Kathy has 4 years of experience with Vadim and started her Vadim career as a Support Analyst, before being promoted to the position of Business Analyst/Technical Writer.

Effective August 5, 2010, Dwight Gaboury will join Vadim as a new Support Analyst and will focus his efforts on iCity Enterprise support logs. Dwight has 20 years experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing. Most recently, Dwight was Senior Accounts Payable processor for SITA Inc. (Prague, Czech Republic); prior to that, he was Billing Manager for Central European Advisory Group (Prague, Czech Republic).

Dwight joins our team of 5 other Support Analysts – Karen Klemp, Lori Schneider, Marlene Thompson, Monte Erickson, Phil Jenkinson and Charlene Wehrmann (Client Care Associate).
