Eight Sites in Renfrew County Now Using the Vadim System

The Town of Arnprior chooses Vadim after surveying other municipalities in the County and the fact that Vadim could implement the Utility Billing application quickly.

July 26, 2010 Canada, BC, Kelowna – After surveying municipalities in Renfrew County, ON, that use the Vadim Software solution, the Town of Arnprior, ON, has chosen Vadim as their software vendor.

Charlene Jackson, Deputy Treasurer, says, “When we surveyed the other municipalities in the County, they always rated Vadim as good or very good – from support and ease of use to updating programs, whether it be legislative or user initiated.”

Staff from Arnprior made a site visit to the Township of Whitewater Region (located in Cobden) to see the software in action and speak directly with the software users.

Other than positive references, another deciding factor for Arnprior was the fact that Vadim could implement the Utility Billing application in a timely fashion.

With a finance department of five people plus the Treasurer, the staff are excited about the new software system.

“It was time to update our technology and from what we heard, we knew Vadim was the right choice for us. We look forward to the future possibilities with Vadim such as e-billing and council reporting integration,” says Charlene. “We really like that the software is expandable for our needs.”
