To be used only when the Register PS Pro Mapping link (in previous section) in the About page does not successfully register the mapping software.
1. Navigate to the Map_Install folder on the PS Pro Suite Share Drive.
2. Double Click on the 10_5 folder.
3. Right click on the register_map_10_5_all file.
4. Select Run as Administrator.
• This will run a registration in the background. After the registration has been initiated, test to see if the map successfully opens – refer to the Testing PS Pro Mapping section.
• If the map opens with a white window it means the map did not register successfully.
• If the map opens up with no map data, check to make sure you have the right Machine Setting set.
• If both attempts did not successfully register the map, contact CentralSquare Support for further assistance.
• If you receive an error saying PS Pro Suite does not recognize a file path, contact CentralSquare Support for further assistance.
