Actual training dates are set for each module once the Pre-Implementation meeting is complete. This is designed to be flexible enough to meet your work flow needs.
Vadim has capabilities for both on-site and remote training via the web, to create the right combination for each client. Different types of users require different training and diverse applications inherently necessitate different amounts of training.
Some applications, such as General Ledger and Payroll, require more training days because of the volume of users and the functionality being covered. Some city employees need to understand all of the day-to-day functions of the system as well as the administration of the applications; others need only a specific reporting function. These distinct needs frame the kind of training we provide.
