The main objective of data conversion is to transfer a client’s business-critical data from their current system to the Vadim system. This value-added service is included in a price proposal. Vadim can convert the data from your existing systems where possible. We have extensive experience and have successfully converted data from most of the other municipal solutions to our system. Once you deliver your data in specified file layouts, Vadim runs them through conversion until they are correct. Balance reports are generated for your verification and a sign off process occurs with each module. At this point, the module is ready to go live. A re-run on up-to-date transactions from your current system can also be arranged.
A Data Conversion Analyst is assigned to manage your conversion from your previous system to Vadim. The Analyst explains and handles the Vadim data structures and requirements for client input data.
