AssetPLUS is an easy-to-use business solution that tracks and generates reports on critical information about assets from a finance perspective. It includes document attachment allowing for easy identification of assets and their location. The flexible design gives finance departments the advantage to easily track multiple and unlimited types of assets while retrieving maintenance history with related costs.
With AssetPLUS you have the control over reporting and expansion. You can add or modify reports, change field titles, add forms, control security, and modify asset types.
For future planning, AssetPLUS can be expanded and integrated to CartêGraph for Public Works modules. This includes options for life cycle analysis and GIS. As an option GEOdata base connectivity and integration can allow proactive management of assets from GIS to the Asset application for real time information update options. As a standalone application it is ideal to begin asset management for small and large Local Government departments.
