You can also extend many of the applications with iCitizen, giving your constituents access to self-serve information and services online.

Property Taxation

Vadim's Property Taxation application produces property taxation billings, reports and account control in accordance with state and provincial requirements. Utility Billing

Vadim's Utility Billing application provides a flexible billing control system for water, sewer, garbage, electricity and natural gas. It also allows for varied billing cycles; flat rate, metered or transaction input with automated pro-rating for new and/or terminated accounts. Integrated with most electronic meter reading systems, it handles both metric and imperial units of measure. Vadim's Cash Receipting application provides an online integrated single source for the receipt of all money by the organization.
