Everything is live online and appears instantly in your General Ledger and subsidiary ledgers as you key the "enter" button, providing you with up-to-date information at all times. Central name and address files are utilized and all systems interact with this file for accounts payable vendors, accounts receivable customers, payroll employees, etc. The General Ledger module is essential for any configuration being selected. The Cash Receipts module is required for the Taxes, Utilities and Accounts Receivable modules for payment control and sub ledger posting. Each module is sold separately so you may purchase only those you require.
