SOUTHERN ONTARIO REGIONAL MEETING

Registration for this event will open in August. The agenda will be available at time of registration.
Accommodations: For reservations, contact the Gananoque Inn & Spa at 1.888.565.3101 or 613.382.2165 or by email at info@gananoqueinn.com and refer to the group name Vadim Software. We've booked a block of 30 rooms; room rates within this block are $99 per night. Reservations will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The block of rooms will be held until October 1 at 4pm. Check-in time is after 3pm; Check-out time is before 11am.
Notes: a $50 non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations at the time of booking. The Inn will accept cancellation of up to 5 individual guestrooms prior to September 17 without penalty. Should individuals cancel, no show and/or change the length of their stay from September 18 through to their departure date, the full amount of room/breakfast rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
